Stockholm Wednesday Jam
WHAT: We dance on the top floor in a wonderful room with big windows in the corner of an old building. We start with a short introduction and warming up, but it is okey to drop in when ever you can/want. Contact improvisation is a dance, a movement. One, two or more people improvise with weight, balance and contact, with each other or by oneself. You dance. You can choose to rest, and just watch for a while. You create your own jam. We jam, in all simplicity, playing, and in the most serious manner…Soft cloths in which you can easily move.

Stockholm Sunday Jam
WHAT: Warmly welcome to our regular Sunday Contact Improvisation Jams in Stockholm! Sundays from January 11 until June 14 2015. Until the summer our “Home Studio” will be Danscentrum with a few exceptions when we will be at Brygghuset or Hälsans Hus. See the schedule here. The Jams starts with an 1 hour introductions class for all levels. The intro is a contact class, facilitated by experienced contacters, and a very nice way for you to prepare your dive into the open jam space. The follows a CI jam, a space for moving, practicing, dancing, enjoying and observing Contact Improvisation.
EXTRA LONG INTRO CLASS ONE SUNDAY PER MONTH
Once every month we would like to offer a longer intro-class starting already at 2 pm. It is a possibility for you as a beginner or more experienced to deepen your knowledge in Contact Improvisation. The extra long classes will be presented with a theme and short description a few days before. ONLY: February 1, March 1, April 5, May 3 and May 31 2015
