I am a Contact Improv Teacher and Jam/Event Organizer.

For me Contact Improvisation (CI) is more than exercise and fun, though it is both of these. For me CI is an explorations of our human container (skin), stimulating our body and mind-body awareness, self acceptance and trust, and building reciprocal relationships.

I was first introduced to CI taking classes at the Meadville Arts Council with James Reedy in PA, and then as an student at Bennington College, VT. I have jammed and taken classes in Boston MA, New York NY, East Coast Jams at Claymont, Moab UT, Portland OR, San Fransisco and Berkeley CA, and New Zealand.
