I am a Contact Improv Teacher and Jam/Event Organizer.

I have been practicing and teaching contact improvisation since 2005. I have studied the dance form with luminaries such as Nancy Stark Smith, KJ Holmes, Martin Keogh, Martin Hughes, Alejandro Rolandi, and Joerg Hassman, and my investigation into contact improvisation is informed by movement approaches such as Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering, and Ideokinesis.

As performer/choreographer, my works have been shown at Cloth & Clef, Short & Sweet Dance Malaysia, Dancebox FUSED, Multimedia University's Research Creation Exhibition, SiCKL's Improv Lab @ FINDARS, and SiCKL's Open Lab. My works have included collaboration with other artists such as musician Melvin Ho, new media artist Lim Kok Yoong, and dancer-choreographer Low Shee Hoe.

I help organize and teach classes & jams in Kuala Lumpur at:
MyDance Studio, 12, 1st Floor, Jalan 20/16A, Taman Paramount, Petaling Jaya.
